Cette série propose un regard alternatif sur les métiers où la personne souffre d’une certaine forme d’invisibilité au travail.

Par ces photographies, le spectateur est invité à se confronter à des sujets qui au premier abord sont totalement anonymes et uniformisées. La suite des images amène à un parcours pour reconnaître malgré tout l’individualité de ces femmes : la forme de ces cous, les détailles de leurs vêtements et de leurs bijoux qui dépassent leur uniforme, et finalement ses cheveux qui s’entrevoient à travers de la charlotte avec des formes et des couleurs originales pour chacune d’entre elles.

The series interrogates the representation of the manual jobs, particularly that of the workers of the university restaurant at Saint Denis.

The photography allows the spectator to face an image that is easy to recognizable image, but that proposes a two-stage interpretation: in a first moment, the look is global and synthetic; the photo shows the worker with his/her back facing the spectator and wearing a hairnet.

In a second moment, a more detailed lecture is generated thanks to the size and quality of the image; this lecture is achieved through a fragmentary look on the details that embark the spectator in a journey of materials and forms that transform the subject of the image into a more sculptural and aesthetical form.

La serie interroga la representación de los trabajos manuales y en particular el de los trabajadores del restaurante universitario de Saint Denis.

Gracias a la fotografía el espectador se confronta a una imagen fácilmente reconocible, pero que propone una lectura en dos tiempos: En un primer momento, la mirada es global y sintética, la foto muestra al trabajador de espaldas con su cofia.

En una segunda parte, gracias al tamaño y a la calidad de la imagen, una lectura más minuciosa se crea con una mirada fragmentaria sobre los detalles quienes embarcan al espectador en un recorrido de materias y de formas para transformar el sujeto de la imagen en una forma más escultural y estética.
